ናይ ተሳታፊ መለማምዲ መጽሓፍ መላለዪ ካናዳ ንኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ዘለዉ ቍጠባዊ ስደተኛታት ኣብ ካናዳ ቕድሚ ምቕማጦም ኪፈልጥዎ ዜድልዮም ግብራዊ ሓበሬታ ተቕርብ እያ ፣ ስለዚ ብዛዕባ ሓድሽ ህይወቶም ኣብ ፍልጠት እተመርኰሰ ውሳነ ኺገብሩ ይኽእሉ እዮም ። እቲ ኣብቲ መጽሓፍ ዘሎ ሓበሬታ ቅልል ብዝበለ ቋንቋን ትርጉምን ሓገዝን ብዘመሓላልፍ ብዓይኒ ብዝርአ መገድን እዩ ዝቀርብ። እዚኣ ቕድሚ ምብጻህ ብአካል  ኣብ ዚግበር መላለዪ ኣኼባታት ከምኡውን  ስደተኛታት ብገዛእ ርእሶም ኣብ ዘጽንዑሉ እዋንን እትጥቀመላ መሳርሒት እያ።

መላለዪ ካናዳ ንኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ዘለዉ ናይ ተሳታፊ መለማምዲ መጽሓፍ መላለዪ ካናዳ ንኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ዘለዉ ምስ ብስደት፣ ስደተኛታት ከምኡውን ዜግነት ካናዳ(IRCC)፣ ንፓይሎት ቁጠባዊ መንገድታት ምንቅስቓስ ዚሕግዙ ደጋዊ መገላግልቲ ውድባት፣ ክኢላታትን ስደተኛታትን ብምምኽኻር እዩ  ዝማዕበለ።

እዛ መለማምዲ መጽሓፍ ንጕዕዞ ምድላው ፣ ኣብ ፈለማ ኣብ ካናዳ ምንባርን ህይወትን ዝኣመሰለ ጕዳያት ትሽፍን እያ ። ከም ኣገልግሎት፣ መንበሪ ገዛ ፣ጥዕና ፣ትምህርቲ ፣ስራሕ፣ ባጀት ምምዳብን መጓዓዝያን የጠቓልል ብዛዕባ ኣእምሮኣዊ ጥዕና ኣብ ካናዳ ዚነብሩ ደቀባት እተፈላለየ ጾታዊ ኣረኣእያ ፣ጾታዊ መንነት ፣ኣገላልጻ ጾታእ፣ ባህርያት ጾታ ከምኡውን ብዛዕባ ስንኩላን ዚገልጽ ሓበሬታ ሒዙ ኣሎ ። ብዘይካዚ ብዛዕባ ድርብነት ቋንቋ  ካናዳ ዚገልጽ ክፋልን ብዛዕባ ማሕበረሰብ ፍራንኮፎን ዚገልጽ ሓበሬታን ዝሓዘ እዩ ። ኣብ ብምሉኡ እቲ መጽሓፍ ብዛዕባ በበይኑ ዝዓይነቱ መሰላት ከምኡውን ሓላፍነታት፣ሕጊ ስድራቤትን ባህልን ዝገልጽ ትሕዝቶ ተጠቓሊሉ ኣሎ።

The Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) programme is a global initiative funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and implemented worldwide by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in about 100 locations annually.

The COA Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot Participant Workbook presents practical information that economic migrants need to know before they settle in Canada, so they can make informed decisions about their new life. Information contained in the workbook is presented in simple language and in a visual manner that both conveys meaning and aids in retention. It is a tool used during in-person pre-arrival orientation sessions and during refugees’ self-study.

The COA Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot Participant Workbook was developed in consultation with IRCC, external partner organizations who assist economic mobility pathways pilot migrants, field experts and migrants themselves.

The workbook covers topics, such as travel preparation, initial settlement and life in Canada, which includes services, housing, health, education, employment, budgeting and transportation. It contains tailored information on mental health, Indigenous Peoples in Canada, diverse sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, sexual characteristics, as well as information about people with disabilities. It also includes a section on the linguistic duality of Canada and information about Francophone communities. Throughout the workbook, content on diversity, rights and responsibilities, family law and cultural norms is included.
