Migration Management Digital Maturity Assessment Report - Armenia
This report provides an overview of the digital capabilities of the Central Government of Armenia, including in the field of migration management, and provides recommendations for furthering the digital transformation of the country’s governance and border management processes. Part of the IOM project, Digitalization for Safe Human Mobility, it was finalized using Migration Management Digital Maturity Assessment (MMDMA), a tool proposed to and developed for IOM by the e-Governance Academy (eGA). The report assesses the level of the country’s digital maturity in ten different focus areas and provides recommendations for the next steps in the digitalization of the public sector, offering suggestions for future activities by IOM and other stakeholders.
