The Training of Trainers Manual (ToT): National Labour Migration Management: Ethiopia responds to the demand to provide trainers with a comprehensive, interactive, practical and flexible training guide for effective labour migration management in Ethiopia (as a country of origin), as well as how to ensure protection of migrant workers in the destination countries. The ToT’s target is to help policymakers and practitioners in designing, revising and implementing more effective labour migration policies and programmes.
