Migration Initiatives is the main publication illustrating both the wide scope of IOM activities and the impact that the Organization aims to have in migration governance worldwide. MI 2017 includes a description of global, regional and country level initiatives through which IOM contributes to the principles and objectives defined in the Migration Governance Framework. For the first time, budget requirements for 2017 across the Organization are presented in accordance with these principles and objectives. Migration Initiatives remains the central planning document developed by IOM to structure its interventions on a consistent, forward-looking and comprehensive manner.
