This report summarizes the main findings of the analysis, carried out as part of the Assessment of the South–North Relocation Programme of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Assessment of the South–North Internal Relocation Programme aims to contribute to the development and integration of socioeconomic vulnerability criteria into the Programme, with a particular focus on youth and women that are facing difficulties in accessing decent employment and making use of existing support mechanisms.  This publication is made possible by the generous support of the International Organization for Migration Development Fund and produced within the “Kazakhstan: Enhancing Migration Management and Governance of Labour Mobility” project,  implemented by the UN Migration Agency – International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Kazakhstan.
