Legal Guide for Temporary Migrant to Netherlands (Armenian)
The guide is aimed to inform temporary migrants about their rights and obligations in Netherlands, about the threats of labour exploitation and possible trafficking in humans.
The guide provides with the information on the country’s immigration, asylum, visa and residence system, employment, education, recognition of qualification, health and social systems, housing, citizenship, family reunification, assistance services for migrants, as well as useful contacts of state bodies of migration management. The guide promotes safe and legal migration, while preventing labour exploitation and trafficking through awareness raising and consultancy among potential and intending migrants and the population at large.
Prepared within the framework of IOM’s “Stemming Illegal Migration in Armenia and Georgia and Enhancing Positive Effects from Legal Migration” Regional Project funded by the Italian Government.
