The publication is devoted to the various issues related to the new migration policy in Russia (new migration legislation came into force in Russia on 15 January 2007). Primarrily attention is devoted to various aspects of organizational and legal basis for labour migration in Russia with the emphasis on ensuring migrants rights and interests of the countries of origin and destination.
