Policymakers increasingly recognize the value that diaspora populations bring to development efforts at home, not just as senders of remittances but also as sources of human capital and direct and indirect investments.
This newsletter highlights some of the activities carried out under the European Union funded project “Promoting Better Management of Migration in Nigeria,” which aims to enhance Nigeria’s capacity to manage migration in order to maximize its development potential.
