The Abu Dhabi Declaration, which was adopted by ministers from 20 countries of origin and destination recognizes that properly managed temporary contractual mobility will benefit both countries of origin and destination and improve the well-being of temporary contractual workers.
The guide is aimed to inform temporary migrants about their rights and obligations in United States, about the threats of labour exploitation and possible trafficking in humans.
