The report provides an overview of Eswatini's digital capabilities on the central government level and in the field of migration management as well as recommendations to further the digital transformation of governance and border management processes. The Digital Maturity Assessment Report Eswatini is part of IOM's project "Digitalization for Safe Human Mobility". The report was finalized using the Migration Management Digital Maturity Assessment tool (MMDMA) that was proposed to the IOM by eGA.
