The “IOM Data Protection Manual” outlines the IOM data protection principles as informed by relevant international standards and includes comprehensive guidelines on each principle, consideration boxes and practical examples; and provides generic templates and checklists to ensure that data protection is taken into account when collecting and processing personal data.

The Armenian version of the IOM Data Protection Manual was prepared within the framework of IOM’s “Solidifying Awareness on Trafficking in Persons in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia through Education” with funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
